CPA Australia 

CPA Australia nominated MND Australia as the inaugural President's Charity from March 2008 to March 2009. Alex Malley, whose mother died from motor neurone disease (MND), has been a friend of MND for a number of years. He was President of CPA (certified practicing accountants) Australia during this time and initiated the President's Charity whereby the President personally selects a charity to support for the duration of their presidential term. CPA Australia members got involved in raising awareness of MND during this time holding morning teas to commemorate Global Day and selling merchandise at events during the year.

Woolworths Head Office

Staff member at Woolworths Head office, Chris McFadden, nominated MND Australia as the Charity of the Month for June 2010. Staff got involved throughout June in raising funds and awareness of MND.  

BCR Australia

BCR is an Australian-owned international freight forwarding, customs and logistics company. In 2010 a staff member at BCR nominated MND Australia as the national charity to be supported through their CSR program. A cheque for $35,000 was presented to board member Ian Rodwell in December 2010.
