CANCELLED National MND Walk Day - Walk to D-Feet MND Springfield

THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK. WE WILL LOOK AT DATES FOR LATE 2020 TO HOLD A NATIONAL WALK OR ELSE WE WILL HOST THE NATIONAL WALK IN 2021.

 

Walk for MND on May 3!

Join thousands of Australians on Sunday 3 May to mark the beginning of MND Week and help us increase awareness about Motor Neurone Disease as well as raise vital funds for the care and support of those affected by this terrible neurodegenerative disease.

All MND State Associations are coming together to make this day special and you can get involved by registering and raising funds and walking to support those with MND.

Blue Cornflower Day Tribute Ceremony

We'll see the Story Bridge light up in blue to mark MND Awareness Week and Blue Cornflower Day. We will also light a candle and have an honouring ceremony to pay tribute to those that we have lost to Motor Neurone Disease as well as those who continue to fight this terrible condition.

POSTPONED - Walk to D-Feet MND Brisbane 2020

Location: New Farm Park (near The Powerhouse), New Farm, Queensland

DUE TO THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK THE WALK TO D-FEET MND BRISBANE IS BEING POSTPONED UNTIL LATER THIS YEAR.

 

The Walk to D-Feet MND Brisbane is on again in 2020 and this time, we have a new base! The walk will be taking place from New Farm Park, just near The Powerhouse beside the river. The walk will follow the riverside pathways, so we're hoping for a lovely sunny day by the water.
